SATURDAY 28 NOV 2009 The last day and Main Street is crowded! Two carriages are running today – the larger group carriage and a classic open hansom. The horse-drawn carriages, antique fire engine, Santa, Taste of Belgium, the model train display and most stores will be open until 8pm this evening. There will be live music at The Main Cup from 4pm-6pm and carolling on the street after that until 8pm. Much more is happpening – see the list of attractions and shopping and gift-wrapping.
FRIDAY 27 NOV 2009 Despite the cold weather, the shops on Main Street are busy. Wait times for the horse-drawn carriage and antique fire engine rides are short – we expect longer waits this evening so come early! Silver Arm (Celtic) plays at the Main Cup later this afternoon. OCTOBER 2009 The Historic Milford Association is pleased to announce the return of Hometown Holidays in Downtown Milford on Thanksgiving Weekend 2009. Join us as we celebrate 25 years of presenting this unique, close to home holiday festival on Friday and Saturday, November 27-28!
Bring the family and visit Santa, ride the antique fire engine, and view the model train display. If it’s a romantic afternoon you’re after, try the horse-drawn carriage ride, hot cocoa, live street music and a nice glass of wine. We’ll have plenty of food, spirit and holiday cheer to make this weekend memorable.

Free gift-wrapping will be provided all weekend, and UPS shipping will be available Friday and Saturday. Milford offers a wide variety of unique gifts and practical purchases – from modern to antique, and practical to fun.
